Car Summary
Rent a Porsche Cayman S for an extraordinarily designed sports car with defined lines, dramatic edges and an instantly recognisable silhouette. Inspired by the racing cars of the 60’s and 70’s, the Cayman’s large dynamic air intakes and Bi-Xenon headlights reaffirm the power and aggression of this mid-engine sports car.
It has a low centre of gravity for precise and direct driving, and is powered by a 3.4-litre flat-six engine with direct fuel injection (DFI) and VarioCam Plus. It produces 325 hp at 7,400 rpm, is paired with a six-speed manual transmission and shoots from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.0 seconds and to a top speed of 281 km/h.
Direct Fuel Injection (DFI) helps to deliver greater power while enhancing fuel efficiency. Automatic start/stop, electrical system recuperation and advanced thermal management contribute to reduced fuel consumption whilst delivering fast acceleration and dynamic handling.
It combines innovative technology and intelligent lightweight construction to optimise the power-to-weight ratio, and Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) and Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV) are available for increased agility and improved traction and handling. Electromechanical steering is precise and responsive, and the aluminium monobloc fixed-caliper brakes demonstrate incredible stopping power.
At the rear, the innovative LED lighting is eye-catching, as is the dual-tube stainless steel turbo exhaust, which beautifully transmits that unmistakeable Porsche soundtrack.The cabin is driver focussed, with plenty of space and freedom to move around in the low-positioned sports seats. The sports steering wheel feels great in the hand and the gear lever is placed close to the steering wheel for fast and ergonomic gear changes.
The centre console has an intuitive 7” touch screen that allows you to operate the infotainment system with ease, and the general feel in the cabin is of sumptuous luxury, with generous luggage space at the back. Not only is the Porsche Cayman one of the finest high-performance coupes on the road, it is a practical 2-seater vehicle with low fuel consumption. It is light, faster and better looking than previous generations, and the mid-engined layout allows for perfectly balanced handling. Steering is responsive, there is plenty of grip on the road and the gearbox is well suited to the engine for maximised performance. The Porsche Cayman is a driver-focussed car that is ideal for everyday use.

The third generation Porsche Cayman S is beautifully crafted, with a 3.4 L flat-six engine and a manual gearbox. It comes with a range of programmes that improve performance and handling, including PTV torque vectoring for improved agility when taking corners and PASM active suspension. The ride is smooth, and the mid-mounted engines are powerful and sound incredible. In the cabin the craftsmanship and quality is superb, the layout is ergonomic and attractive and the seats are fantastic.
