For the chance to experience the savoir faire of Paris on the open sea, hire the luxury Bentley Continental GT in Monaco to arrive at the maiden voyage departure of the Seven Seas Explorer. This cruise ship has been tagged the “most luxurious ship ever built” and decked out with marble flooring, metal lacework reminiscent of the Eiffel tower, a grand crystal chandelier and decorative lanterns the set aglow the outside deck, it’s easy to see why.

Take to the road that leads to Monaco’s quay side in the confines of a classic grand tourer. The Bentley Continental GT with its pinnacle performance standards in automotive design and aristocratic appearance has created a contemporary, but classic car that embodies a spirit of timeless luxury. The automotive design structure of the Continental GT includes a 12 cylinder 6 liter twin turbocharged engine that produced a maximum power output of 582 bhp.The twin turbo-charged engines have been refined to exacting precision which has effectively improved the car’s responsiveness at low speeds. Yet paired with an 8 speed close ratio transmission and Variable Displacement system, it does so with a significant reduction in fuel consumption.

The Seven Seas Explorer is expected to set sail from Monte Carlo to Venice in a maiden tour on July 2016. The 750 passenger, all suite vessel will undertake this journey over 14 luxurious nights  and then remain in Europe for its inaugural season. The boats concept was realised by Siobhan Barry, from the New York based design studio ICRAVE, his concept was to generate that authentic Paris feel, a walk through a cobble stone streets in the Marais quarter of Paris. The effect we think as been masterfully captured. With design elements that draw on distinct textural elements to the cruise ship’s restaurant, Barry layered numerous contours to effect a rich feel. Among other features the restaurant’s spaces include a marble mosaic floor pattern in the bar area with interspersed gold leaf tiles. Matching the otherwise peerless luxury of the luxury Bentley Continental GT, this is the perfect car to make your accompanying arrival and departure.
